HOW PEEPAL CAME TO BE

A story is rightly said to be the binding core of an organization and the same is true for our Organization as well. Who would have guessed that young blood from UP would turn an observation into a business opportunity? It was his eye for detail that helped him build and grow a company like Peepal. He realized that the future of any organization lies in finding the right talent. It was then that he picked up Recruitment as his business and thus led to the founding of Peepal Consulting. What started as an experiment in a coffee shop has now transformed into a group of domain-specialized recruitment firms. “The Synergy between Organizations and Individuals can achieve a great deal, only if they share a sense of being taken care of in a fair and honest manner. Peepal's journey is about fostering and rendering that trust in all our stakeholders."- Vijay Kumar Peepal has grown and magnified its reach. Peepal Foundation

Peepal Foundation is an initiative that was started in order to sync with the mindset of impacting lives through service and giving, especially in the field of education. We adopted a school in the district of Tajpur in the year 2017. The funds raised help buy resources and build facilities for the school. “This is our start to do something good for the larger society. Hoping to connect the two ends of the spectrum that I am exposed to the relatively well-to-do world that wants to do something for the less privileged, and the ones who were just born at the wrong place, at the wrong time, to be devoid of basic resources.
