Involved in devising strategy and recruitment process, as well as actual execution of the sourcing or recruiting campaign. They may be involved not only in finding and screening candidates, but developing the corporate policy for talent bench-marking, talent assessment, and team management.
Individuals who are able to identify major prospects and implement strategies in assigned territories to develop accounts along with increasing the sales volumes to meet the individual and corporate goals.
Job Duties
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential clients; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending expansion strategies.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating clients’ needs and goals.
